Stick Lift Feature
Do you love a good offensive stick lift? The sticks are built with a hinge to allow players to interact with the stick during their training.

Automatic Spin Change
Using multiple Spin Defenders at once? Use the auto change feature. The spin direction will change every 5 minutes to provide variety to hockey players.

Weighted Base + Anchor Spikes
With a weighted base, the Spin Defender can recover from bumps and knocks without falling over, and has a safety shut off just in case. It also features retractable anchor spikes that can be used on the ice to stabilise it even further.
